It is only open while a class is on, so book before you come. Tell us you are coming and a coach meets you at the red doors.
Water and normal trainers, that is it. Bars, plates, chalk and mats are all here.
Arrive ten minutes early so a coach can walk you round the room. Your first session is free, whichever class you pick.
